John Capicchioni

John Capicchioni is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial operations and business development within the life sciences and clinical research sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Commercial Operations at PPD since January 2018, Capicchioni is also a board member at Scientists Advancing Affordable Medicines, Inc. since November 2017. Previous roles include Chief Commercial Officer at Cliantha Research, Vice President of Business Development at Norwich Clinical Services, and Senior Vice President at MDS Pharma Services, among others. Capicchioni has a strong track record of driving growth, developing strategic relationships, and leading operational teams in various capacities, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Rutgers University.
