Jenny Ortiz is an experienced event management professional with a strong background in organizing and executing large-scale corporate events. Currently contracted with Abbott as a Meetings & Events specialist, Jenny develops and oversees logistics for over ten annual events in the U.S. Previously, at NuVasive, Jenny served as the Senior Program Manager for Event Marketing, managing various internal events and optimizing vendor relationships to achieve cost savings and enhance event quality. Additional roles include Lead Sales Training Events Coordinator and Events + Registration Manager at CADENCE®, where responsibilities included managing registration platforms and overseeing client budgets. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from San Diego State University and has also studied at University College Birmingham.
