Katarzyna Rafalko

Katarzyna (Kate) Rafalko is a dedicated professional serving as the Director of Project Management at Abbott since 2022. Previously, Kate held various roles at Abbott, including Clinical Operations Specialist and Clinical Operations Manager, where they developed strong communication and teamwork skills while working with operating room staff and patients. Kate earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Bioethics from Loyola University of Chicago and completed an MBA at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, during which they held leadership positions in multiple organizations.
