Ly Thanh Mai has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Abbott Laboratory SA since October 2013. Ly joined Abbott to establish the Talent Acquisition function for Abbott Vietnam after holding various roles within the company, including Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager, from 2009 to 2013. Prior to joining Abbott, Ly worked at Boehringer Ingelheim Vietnam for over a decade in roles ranging from HR Manager to Senior Secretary. Ly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Ho Chi Minh City, earned between 1991 and 1995.
