Ramesh began their career as an HR Officer in the manufacturing industry from 1998 to 2004, later serving as a Senior Advisory Consultant for SAP HCM at IBM Global Business Services from 2006 to 2014. They also worked as a Business Analyst for HCM at WWE and Dow Jones before taking on the role of Architect HRIS at Abbott in 2015, which they continue to hold. Ramesh earned a Bachelor's degree from Mrs. A.V.N. College and a Master's degree in Human Resource from Andhra University.
