Ross Michalson has extensive experience in finance and operations, beginning with a role as a Commercial Banker at U.S. Bank from 2002 to 2005. Ross transitioned to Ecolab, serving in various positions from January 2008 to September 2009, including Plant Controller in both San Jose and Greensboro, Supply Chain Finance Manager for SAP Deployment, and Healthcare Supply Chain Finance Manager in Alpharetta.
