Sharl Youkhana is an experienced quality operations professional with a strong background in engineering and validation. With over five years at Abbott, Sharl held various leadership roles including Senior Manager of Quality Operations and Quality Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Hospira as a Senior Systems Engineer and Design Validation Lead, as well as roles at Fenwal, Inc. in Systems Validation and at CARE BioPharma as Validation Lead. Sharl holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Northern Illinois University, completed in January 2005.
