Shyam Gour has extensive experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Zonal Sales Manager at Abbott since February 2013, overseeing business operations across South, West, and Central India. With a strong focus on gastroenterology, Shyam has held several key positions as Area Business Manager, managing teams of up to 13 members and driving significant business growth, achieving an annual business delivery of approximately USD 5 million. Prior experience includes a tenure as Territory Manager at Cipla Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed business development and promotional activities. Shyam holds an Executive Programme in Sales and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, along with an MBA in Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University and a BBA from Jai Narain Vyas University.
