Susie Hoeger

Susie Hoeger served as the Senior Director of Global Trade Compliance & Policy at Abbott Laboratories from February 2000 to September 2019, overseeing the global trade compliance program and customs strategy for over 150 countries. In this role, Susie provided leadership and direction in the development and enforcement of internal controls to mitigate risks and financial exposure. Prior to Abbott, Susie held the position of Director of Global Trade Compliance & Policy and served as Treasurer for the Europe Region. Susie earned an MBA with distinction in Finance, Economics, International Business, and Management Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and a BS with honors in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
