Anna Cottle

Anna Cottle currently serves as Sr. Product, Privacy & Regulatory Counsel at Nova Credit, commencing in November 2023. Prior experience includes over eleven years at AppFolio, Inc., where Anna held various roles, culminating in Senior Counsel for Product Compliance, leading a team to ensure adherence to complex regulatory environments for high-risk products. Anna also contributed as Director of Screening Compliance and held several managerial positions focusing on compliance and legal support. Previous legal experience includes roles at Buynak & Fauver/Buynak Law Firm, Browne Jacobson LLP, and BDB Pitmans, with expertise in business, corporate, and intellectual property law. Anna holds dual degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Otago, complemented by a study abroad program at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
