Wenhao Zhang

Wenhao Zhang is an experienced professional in electrical engineering and physics, holding a PhD in Physics and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Early experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota involved investigating magnetotransport in two-dimensional electron systems and developing semiconductor devices. Subsequent roles include Principal Electrical Engineer at Medtronic, where significant contributions were made to neurostimulator design, followed by a position as Sr Staff Scientist at Baylor College of Medicine, overseeing engineering projects for auditory neurological research. Currently, as an R&D Manager at Abbott, Wenhao Zhang manages an engineering team focused on neuromodulation product MRI/EMC safety design and testing, leading efforts toward regulatory submissions and project milestone achievements.
