Jose Nolasco

Jose Nolasco is an experienced professional in the field of food science, currently serving as the R&D and QC Manager at Abel & Schafer since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jose held the position of Senior Research Scientist at Pepperidge Farm, where contributions were made to the development of Goldfish Crackers from April 2018 to July 2022. Earlier in the career, Jose served as a Senior Food Technologist at Dawn Food Products and worked as a Product Development Technician at Mars.
