Dr Lavkumar Upalla

Dr. Lavkumar Upalla is an accomplished professional in the field of organic chemistry, currently serving as General Manager at Smruthi Organics Limited since May 2019. With extensive experience in API product development and technology transfer, Dr. Upalla previously held positions including Deputy General Manager and Assistant General Manager at Shilpa Medicare Ltd. and Shilpa Medicare Pvt Ltd., respectively. Dr. Upalla's background also includes research roles at Aptuit Laurus and postdoctoral fellowships at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan and the University of Kwazulu Natal in South Africa. Dr. Upalla holds a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Pune University and a PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from Nanded University.
