Abby Nolte

Abby Nolte is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in operational excellence and engineering. Presently serving as Program Director and OPEX Director at AbbVie since May 2020, Abby previously held multiple leadership positions at Allergan from March 2014 to January 2023, including Operational Excellence Deployment Lead, where a significant role involved guiding a team through technology transfer and process optimization amid a company restructuring. Prior to Allergan, Abby spent over a decade at Forest Pharmaceuticals, ascending to the role of Director of Process Engineering and Validation Systems after directing various departments focused on process design, validation, and quality assurance. Abby holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, completed from 1997 to 2002.
