Adam Conway

Adam Conway is a highly experienced legal and intellectual property professional with a robust background in the biochemistry and microbiology fields. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Alliances at AbbVie since April 2013, Adam has held various roles at the company, including Senior Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel. Prior to joining AbbVie, Adam worked at the University of Chicago Office of Technology and Intellectual Property as Assistant Director, managing a diverse portfolio of technologies. Adam's legal career began at Shearman & Sterling LLP as an Associate in the Intellectual Property Transactions Group. Adam holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Chicago, a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law, and a BS in Microbiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
