Akansha Peparthi

Akansha Peparthi, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Human Resources Project Manager at AbbVie since August 2024. Previously, Akansha held the position of Human Resources Manager at ASM Global from April 2023 to August 2024 and served as Senior Manager of Human Resources at MaxVal Group, Inc. between August 2021 and June 2022. With extensive experience in HR roles, Akansha worked as Senior Manager of Human Resources at HAPAG-LLOYD GLOBAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED and held multiple positions at Radio City India, where responsibilities included HR Business Partner and Zonal Head. Additional HR management experience includes roles at Bloomberg TV India, Neebal Technologies, and American Express. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Finance and HR from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development from Lucknow University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
