Andy Kaplan is a Senior Director and marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Currently serving as a Strategic Marketing Director in Dermatology at AbbVie, Andy leads a team in developing key opinion leader engagement strategies and optimizing brand performance. Previously, Andy held various leadership roles at renowned companies like Baxter International Inc. and Hollister Incorporated, where they successfully directed marketing strategies, drove commercial growth, and launched multiple products. Andy earned an MBA in Marketing from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and is pursuing a BA in Psychology at Indiana University Bloomington.
