Carl Allenspach

Carl Allenspach, Ph.D. is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry with vast experience in product development and manufacturing operations. Currently serving as the Director of CMC Product Development at AbbVie since September 2025, Allenspach has continued an academic role as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics at Rutgers University's Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Bristol Myers Squibb spanned over 15 years, culminating in a Director position overseeing Business Operations and Strategy for Global Manufacturing Science and Technology, responsible for a large team and multiple product lines.
