Cynthia Viera is a seasoned compliance and quality professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and industrial hygiene sectors. At AbbVie, Cynthia served as the Manager of Compliance Monitoring and Analytics, focusing on the development and implementation of Global Compliance Analytics to support organizational priorities. Previous roles include managing Good Clinical Practice activities as a RD QA Audit Associate and performing root cause investigations as a Quality Engineering/CAPA Specialist. Prior to AbbVie, Cynthia held positions at Abbott as an Industrial Hygienist II, ERM as an Industrial Hygienist Consultant, Allied Group EHS as a Resident Industrial Hygienist, and Pfizer as an Industrial Hygienist Intern. Cynthia holds a Master of Science in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico.
