Debra Ross

Debra Ross is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in management and strategy implementation. Currently serving as the AbbVie Care Field Team Manager since October 2017, Debra oversees a team of 75 employees, including district managers and clinical staff in Ontario. Prior to this role, Debra held various positions at AmerisourceBergen, including District Manager Progress and Senior Manager for Wellness Case Managers, where responsibilities included enhancing patient adherence to Humira therapy. Debra also served at INNOMAR STRATEGIES managing field case managers and personal care specialists. A former Senior Manager at Pfizer Canada, Debra demonstrated leadership by building cohesive sales teams and achieving “Best Practice Manager” recognition. Debra began a career in pharmaceuticals with Bristol Myers Squibb as a Sales Representative. Debra holds an Honors BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo.
