Igor Dubovyk

Igor Dubovyk is a Principal Research Scientist I in Medicinal Chemistry at AbbVie, where Igor has progressed through several roles since June 2016, including Sr. Scientist II and Sr. Scientist I. Prior to AbbVie, Igor served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Northwestern University from January 2014 to May 2016, focusing on the total synthesis of caged terpenoids. Igor gained experience as a Senior Synthetic Chemist at Toronto Research Chemicals from June 2012 to December 2013, specializing in the preparation of biologically active derivatives on a multi-gram scale. Igor holds a Doctorate in Organic Chemistry from the University of Toronto, obtained in 2012, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from York University, completed in 2006.
