J. Barbour is a seasoned professional in UI/UX design with extensive experience leading design initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead UI UX Designer at BLN24 since October 2022, J. Barbour oversees user-centered design strategies for the IRS, including application redesign and user testing. Prior roles include Lead UI/UX Designer & Strategy at Maximus, Director of Technology at Virtusa, and Principal UI/UX Designer at Key Corporate & Commercial Bank. J. Barbour's background also encompasses significant positions at AT&T, Things Remembered, and Swagelok, alongside earlier experiences as a Creative Consultant and Designer. J. Barbour holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Computer Graphic Design from Youngstown State University.
