Janki Desai

Janki Desai is a Senior Clinical Pharmacologist at AbbVie since September 2022, specializing in clinical and drug development with over ten related skills. Previously, Janki served as a Doctoral Student and Teaching Assistant at UC James Winkle College of Pharmacy from August 2017 to August 2022, tutoring PharmD students in various subjects including Clinical Pharmacokinetics and Drug Delivery Systems. In the summer of 2020, Janki was an ORISE Fellow at the U.S. FDA. Earlier experience includes a Research Fellow role at Uka Tarsadia University, focusing on in-vitro and in-vivo studies related to myocardial reperfusion injury and Cytochrome P450 enzymes, as well as serving as an Assistant Professor in several subjects including Human Anatomy and Pharmacology. Janki's educational background includes a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Cincinnati and an M.Pharm in Pharmacology from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
