Joni Matthews

Joni Matthews is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology support and patient onboarding processes. As the Technology Support Lead at AbbVie since August 2011, Joni has successfully led user acceptance testing for over 300 business end-users utilizing the Salesforce CRM platform, while refining key role competencies and testing protocols. In the role of Insurance Specialist, Joni facilitated patient access to AbbVie biologic medications by managing prior authorizations and financial assistance. Additionally, Joni serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Violet Kincaid Art, offering a diverse range of paint party events. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration focusing on Management Information Systems at Purdue Global, Joni is expected to graduate in June 2024.
