Keith McDaniel

Keith McDaniel is a retired Research Fellow at AbbVie, where they worked as a Senior Principal Research Scientist and Senior Group Leader from 2013 until retirement. Prior to their tenure at AbbVie, they held the position of Principal Research Scientist and Senior Group Leader at Abbott Lab from 1998 to 2012. McDaniel began their academic career as an Assistant Professor and later an Associate Professor at Ohio University from 1987 to 1993. They earned a BA in Chemistry from Gettysburg College, a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Princeton University, and completed a postdoctoral program in Organometallic Chemistry at Colorado State University.
