Kimberly Cui

Kimberly Cui is the Director of Corporate Strategy & Business Operations at AbbVie, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Kimberly gained diverse experience at Optum as a contractor in 2020, and contributed to the Indiana Family Health Council as a Member of the Board of Directors from 2017 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Kimberly worked at Eli Lilly and Company in various roles focused on forecasting and business analytics from 2015 to 2017, and at Chartis as an Engagement Manager from 2022 to 2025. Kimberly also completed internships at both the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and Goldman Sachs in 2013 and 2014, respectively.
