Laura Johannes

Laura Johannes has extensive legal experience, having served as Associate General Counsel, Senior Counsel, and Counsel at AbbVie from June 2015 to May 2022. Prior to AbbVie, Laura was an Associate at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC from June 2013 to June 2015 and held a similar role at Oliff & Berridge, PLC from March 2012 to April 2013. Laura also gained valuable experience as Editor-in-Chief of the Washington University Journal of Law & Policy from January 2010 to January 2011 and completed a legal internship with the Hon. Judge Audrey G. Fleissig at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in late 2010. Laura Johannes earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the College of William & Mary, obtained in 2008.
