Mark Houser

Mark Houser is a Global Clinical Lead at AstraZeneca and has a rich background in medical affairs and clinical development, having served as the Chief Medical Officer at CorMedix from 2007 to 2011 and held various roles at Abbott Laboratories since 2011, including Executive Medical Director. They have previously worked at OrthoBiotech in multiple capacities, including Director of Business Development. Mark holds an MD from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and an MBA from Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business, reflecting a strong foundation in both medicine and business. Currently semi-retired, Mark continues to contribute to the field through their extensive experience in the cardiovascular and renal therapeutic areas.
