Melissa Ciurlino

Melissa Ciurlino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ethics, compliance, and advisory services, currently serving as Vice President and Ethics and Compliance Officer for Global Allergan Aesthetics at AbbVie since May 2020. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Executive Director for International Compliance at Allergan Aesthetics from November 2018 to May 2020, and served as Director of Compliance for the APAC-MEA region. From July 2016 to June 2019, Melissa was President of Minds Matter, overseeing programmatic and fundraising efforts for the organization. Earlier in the career, Melissa was with PwC for over a decade, culminating in the role of Director within the Healthcare Advisory Services sector. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University, obtained in 2007.
