Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong focus on innovation and decentralized systems. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Group since May 2023, Roon manages a diverse team to advance projects in supply chain, ESG, decentralized identity, and Real World Assets tokenization. As the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, a company dedicated to enhancing the software development landscape, Roon has held key positions in various organizations including Chief Technology Officer at bonq and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where contributions have led to significant advancements in self-sovereign finance and decentralized infrastructure for the energy sector. Roon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has pursued further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Fintech.
