Mikel Loinaz Vela

Mikel Loinaz Vela is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including pharmaceuticals and finance. Currently serving as Procurement Lead for Iberia at AbbVie since November 2024, Mikel previously held the position of Sourcing Hub Manager for Iberia at Medtronic from September 2020 to November 2024. Mikel's career began at Eli Lilly and Company as a Senior Associate in Sourcing, focusing on R&D, IT, and MICE&BT categories, before transitioning to strategic procurement analysis at Banco Santander.
