Olivia Sheffield-Thergood

Olivia Sheffield-Thergood, MBA, currently serves as Associate Director of Strategic Projects at AbbVie, where responsibilities include leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance healthcare professional consulting and managing enterprise-wide systems for efficiency and compliance. Previously, Olivia held various roles at LectureLinx, Inc., culminating in the position of Director of HCP Engagement & Compliance, managing project teams and ensuring compliance in healthcare engagements. Other notable positions include Professional Engagement Project Manager at Takeda and Graduate Assistant at Quinnipiac University. Olivia holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Quinnipiac University, along with a B.S. in Health Science Studies and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the same institution.
