Rachel Swanson

Rachel Swanson is a Process Engineer at AbbVie, currently involved in clinical projects focusing on single-use consumables within the TDP program. Previously, Rachel worked as a Manufacturing Technician during the first rotation of the TDP program, where responsibilities included becoming a subject matter expert in SAP Software for inventory management. Rachel also has experience as a Singer at Hope Reformed Church and served as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, concentrating on small molecule synthesis under Professor Patricia Zhang Musacchio. In addition, Rachel interned at Averica Discovery, gaining hands-on experience in drug purification techniques such as chromatography. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and graduated from Fayetteville-Manlius Senior High School with a high school diploma.
