Ragad Attar

Ragad Attar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in clinical development and portfolio strategy within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Portfolio Strategy in R&D Aesthetics at AbbVie, Ragad has led various key roles, including overseeing clinical development operations globally, managing a large team across multiple countries, and directing clinical programs in various therapeutic areas such as immunology, neuroscience, and specialty medicine. Prior to AbbVie, Ragad held leadership positions at Allergan and Paragon Biomedical, focusing on operational excellence in clinical trials and cross-functional project management. Ragad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
