Renate Milos

Renate Milos possesses extensive experience in learning and development, marketing, and training within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Lead of Learning & Development at AbbVie since 2013. Renate has held multiple leadership roles at AbbVie, including overseeing the marketing initiatives for AbbVie Care, managing a national team of trainers, and leading the national AbbVie Care immunology training team. Prior positions include Account Director at Sudler & Hennessey, Senior Manager roles at Pfizer in learning and development service delivery and business insight, and Senior Consultant at PSL Group specializing in market research. Renate’s academic credentials include an MBA in Marketing from Concordia University and a B.Sc. in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University. In addition, Renate is a certified fitness instructor, contributing part-time at Muv Studio and private, with qualifications in yoga and group fitness programs.
