Roula Haddad

Roula Haddad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across various regions, including the Middle East, Africa, and Russia. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead and Talent Acquisition Manager at AbbVie, Roula leads recruitment efforts in the MEAR region. As the Founder of Rajad Consultancy Fzco, Roula focuses on coaching and self-growth inspired by meaningful Arabic concepts. Previous roles include HR Business Partner and HR Director for Rajad Consultancy and Elanco, as well as HR Business Partner and Senior HR Specialist positions at Eli Lilly and Company. Roula's early career included media planning roles at BrandConnection and Starcom MediaVest Group. Roula holds two bachelor's degrees in Language Interpretation and Translation from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lebanese University, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Liverpool.
