Sujana Ghosh is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in genomics and functional genomics, having served as a Sr. Scientist II at AbbVie from January 2017 to July 2023. In this role, Ghosh focused on deploying advanced "omics technologies," including pooled genome-wide CRISPR screens, single-cell CRISPR screens (Perturb-seq), massively parallel reporter assays (MPRA), and deep mutational scanning (DMS) to elucidate disease biology and identify novel targets in areas such as immunology, neuroscience, ophthalmology, and oncology. Prior to AbbVie, Ghosh held positions as a Sr. Scientist and Postdoctoral Fellow at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, contributing to genomics research.
