Tara Kaelber

Tara Kaelber is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in various HR roles across prominent pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Business HR for R&D at AbbVie since April 2013, Tara has held multiple leadership positions within the organization, focusing on employee relations and business HR strategies. Prior to AbbVie, Tara worked at Takeda Pharmaceuticals from May 2007 to March 2013 as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and had a significant role in talent engagement. Tara's career also includes key positions at Abbott Laboratories and Snap On Tools, demonstrating a strong track record in employee relations and human resources management. Tara holds an MBA from Marquette University and a BA in Behavioral Science and Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
