Zinoviy Kazachkov

Zinoviy Kazachkov has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and business systems. Zinoviy currently holds the role of VP, IT and Business Systems at ABBYY since September 2023, where they direct and oversees a team of 40 experts in IT and Business Automation across multiple locations. Zinoviy is responsible for fostering collaboration, aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, and cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Prior to their current role, Zinoviy served as the Head of Business Automation at ABBYY from July 2022 to August 2023. Before joining ABBYY, they worked at ABBYY Software House in Moscow for a significant period of time. During their tenure there, they held various roles including Head of Business Automation Department from January 2016 to January 2022, Head of Development Group from January 2010 to December 2015, and Senior Software Engineer, Team Lead from January 2006 to December 2009.

Zinoviy's early career involves roles as a Software Engineer at The Russian Agency for the Support of Small and Medium-sized Businesses from January 2002 to January 2003 and as a Junior Software Engineer at Cyril and Methodius from January 2001 to December 2001.

Zinoviy Kazachkov obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Applied Mathematics from Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (Technical University) during the period from 1995 to 2001. In addition, they have also completed several certifications including Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from LinkedIn in 2022, Agile Professional from OnAgile Consulting in 2021, and Scrum: The Basics from LinkedIn in 2021.
