Sourav Kumar Jena

Sourav Kumar Jena serves as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Kore.ai, bringing extensive experience in strategic account management from Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Strategic Account Manager and Microsoft in various roles including Strategic Client Manager and Enterprise Account Executive. Additionally, Sourav held a position as Operations Lead at Ericsson Global India Limited and began their career with a summer internship at Microsoft. Educated at XLRI Jamshedpur from 2015 to 2017 and the Manipal Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011, Sourav earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
