Alexis Hood

Alexis N. Hood is an experienced news photographer and multimedia journalist currently working at ABC13 Houston since January 2023, where responsibilities include shooting and editing news stories, conducting interviews, and assisting production teams with live broadcasts. Prior experience includes serving as a multimedia journalist at KTSU 2 News, contributing to the coverage of significant events such as the Monterey Jazz Festival and the NCAA tournament, and working as a digital media and marketing intern for the Houston Astros, focusing on social media management and production support. Alexis N. Hood is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Broadcast Journalism at Texas Southern University.
