María Luján Anzoátegui

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in various fields, including entrepreneurship and compliance. Currently, Mariana serves as the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana holds the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro (November 2017 - November 2019) and practice as a nutritionist at a private consulting office (February 2016 - 2019). Mariana also contributed to education as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
