Karina Dave has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Karina began their career as an HR Recruiter at Stalwart Management Consulting from March 2021 to March 2022. Following this, they joined Quess Corp Limited as a Recruitment Consultant from April 2022 to September 2022, where they gained extensive experience in the BFSI domain and successfully filled positions at the mid-senior level. Currently, they hold the position of Research Associate at ABC Consultants, a renowned recruitment brand in India. Karina'srole involves acting as a talent acquisition partner to multinationals and leading Indian businesses.

Karina Dave completed their Bachelor's degree in Financial markets from L S Raheja College of Arts and Commerce between 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, they pursued their HSC in Commerce at the same institution from 2017 to 2019.
