Zefrin D’souza

Zefrin Dsouza has an extensive background in executive search and talent advisory, currently serving as a Partner at ABC Consultants. With a strong track record in various leadership roles, including Executive Director and Associate Director, Zefrin has successfully managed transitions and led teams of consultants across different industry verticals. Prior to joining ABC Consultants, Zefrin gained experience in the engineering industry with roles at Personnel Search Services, Godrej-GE Appliances Ltd, and Larsen & Toubro Limited. Zefrin holds a PGDHRM from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a degree in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
