Lukasz Nowanski

Lukasz Nowanski is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software architecture and development. Currently serving as a Senior Principal AI Architect at ABC Fitness since October 2025, Lukasz drives the design and evolution of AI technologies to scale responsible AI practices across the enterprise. Prior to this role, Lukasz worked at Poppulo as a Principal Software Architect, where contributions included building the Analytics Platform and leading a team in architectural decisions. With prior positions at Dell EMC and EMC, including a Senior Principal Software Engineer role, Lukasz has overseen multiple software projects, mentored engineers, and ensured code quality throughout the development lifecycle. A Master of Science graduate in Organisation and Management from the Technical University of Lodz, Lukasz combines technical expertise with leadership in driving innovation and strategic architecture across various organizations.
