Sophie Tseung

Sophie Tseung is an accomplished Transformation Partner at IntoChange since January 2015, specializing in managing change and facilitating digital transformation for clients by minimizing risks and structuring project plans. Currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of ABC Group of Companies and as a member of its Audit and Risk Management Committee, Sophie also has extensive experience at ANZ, where responsibilities included leading significant projects in credit risk and market risk. A co-founder of the Change Management Institute's Global Mentoring Program, Sophie has held various consulting roles in change management with a focus on global implementations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Accounting from Monash University and certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Scrum, and Change Management, emphasizing continuous professional development in leadership and organizational change.
