Sebastien Soldo

Sebastien Soldo is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in safety, operations, and marine management. Currently serving as Senior Offshore Marine Superintendent at ABC Maritime AG since March 2024, Sebastien focuses on client satisfaction and HSE leadership. Previously, Sebastien held the position of Safety and Environment Manager at Nestlé from December 2017 to March 2024, where responsibilities included developing safety strategies, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and enhancing safety programs at research sites. As HSE and Operations Manager at BOURBON from June 2013 to October 2017, Sebastien worked on client satisfaction and developed Q-HSE strategies. Sebastien's earlier roles include Corporate HSE Manager at CMA CGM, where implementation of safety management systems for a large fleet was a key focus, as well as various officer roles with a strong emphasis on navigation, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple leading shipping companies.
