Lori Jennings

Lori Jennings is an accomplished broadcast engineer and director with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Broadcast Network Engineer II at Verizon Business since March 2021, Lori is responsible for monitoring alarms and ensuring operational systems across 30 NBA arenas. Additionally, as Assistant Director for ABC News's "This Week with George Stephanopoulos" since October 2021, Lori manages the trafficking and playback of show elements using Avid Media Central Command and iNews. Previous roles include freelancing for prominent organizations such as Voice of America, NBC, PBS, and CNN, along with serving as Team Lead of Broadcast Operations at Bloomberg Television and Technical Director for CNN. Lori's career began in 1997 at Fox News Channel and has included significant positions at renowned networks such as Discovery Channel, showcasing a strong background in technical direction, production management, and operational oversight. Lori holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Howard University.
