In 2015, they became an HR Executive at ABC Nissan, and in 2016, they served as an Area Human Resource at DeFacto. Rebaz Xoshnaw also worked as an HR Officer at TREVI S.P.A. in 2016. Currently, they are working at Parker Wellbore, starting as an HR Coordinator and later transitioning into the role of HR Representative.

Rebaz Xoshnaw has a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, which they obtained from Erbil University between 1993 and 2010.
