DeVante' Anderson

DeVante' Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. DeVante' started their career in 2016 as a Customer Care Specialist at Xerox and then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Conduent from November 2016 to January 2018. In 2014, they joined Food Lion as a Sales Assistant and served until July 2020. DeVante' then transitioned to ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. as an HR Shared Service Associate from April 2019 to November 2019, followed by a role as a Payroll Specialist from November 2019 to April 2022. Currently, they hold the position of HR Specialist at ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. since April 2022. In this role, they are responsible for various HR functions including data entry into the HRIS system, personnel file maintenance, responding to unemployment claims, conducting data audits, managing the HR phoneline, and collaborating with other HR teams.
